  • NOURISHING CREAM: apply only in the long and never in the roots. Do not mix with air conditioner, use one or the other. Leave 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly
  • DRYER: use it as less as possible, heat affects the hair fiber and can dry it. Use always a thermal protector to minimize heat damage.

Ideas para organizar tu closet

The first thing we need to do to improve our wardrobe is organize it!
It happens often that I look for something and don´t know where it is!
Let’s begin:
1. First take everything out of the close! ALL … do not cheat;)
Put the different items in 3 piles:
a- what you are going to KEEP
b- what you are going to STORE: Do not keep things have not used in a while …
c – items that you’re going to DONATE: clothing that is too big, broken, outdated ….put everything you do not use for more than a year (it’s hard … I know … I had a dress that I bought 13 years ago and use just one haha)
2. put the clothes from pile A in the closet. Surely it starts to look nice
3. Save the pile B in places that use less in your wardrobe
4. Be creative with the rest. For shoes you can use these boxes or metal frames where you put everything on the floor of the closet. And for accessories (belts, wallets, bags) you can use hooks that stick to the wall. The important thing is that it is organize :)

We all know that it’s not easy to save money for trips, that there are always other priorities on our list of expenses and that we often decide to postpone them.

For all travelers we have 3 tips that can help you. And not only to go on vacation, but to stay there longer, in a better place and spending much less than you think.

Tip No. 1: Anticipate

The number 1 rule of tourism companies is that a shorter time, more demand and more expensive goes out.

This means that if you buy your ticket and hotel with a lot of anticipation you will find better prices.

And how much is much? 1 year before is ideal. At that time they have little demand, so you will see many offers.

If you are changing plans often make sure you buy tickets that you can change the date for little money.

But beware: if you like risks and are brave and driven, you can buy them the same day you travel. That day go to the airport counter and can get real deals at the last minute. The airlines want to take the plane full so ask that they already know the bargain travelers.

And for the hotel is the same, in advance you can freeze the price, and then if there is inflation, devaluations or whatever, you have already paid everything and the changes in the economy affect you a little less.

The truth is that we can not afford to go anywhere like if we are millionaires.
My suggestion, something I did and I worked for me, is to make a small list of things that can help you with your decision.

The steps:
1. Make a list of 5 places you like to visit. If you do not know View places in Google Maps, or look up in a travel agency. Ex .: Riviera Maya (you got several cities here), Rio de Janeiro, Miami, London, París…
2. Think how many days to have for the trip. I got 14 days 🙂
3. Now calculate the cost of each: tickets, hotel, car and food. In my experience you should not buy packages as they are much more expensive than organize the trip by yourself. For the accommodation you got several places in each country where apartments are rented (in Brazil View or hotels (
4. Assign a score to each city according to your likes. I put: Miami 10 Riviera Maya 9 Rio de Janeiro 10 London 20! haha….
5. Make the choice! This is the most difficult step. The idea is that you see in the balance the cost and the desire that you got to go there!
5. And this is very important: once made a decision Do Not hesitate !! Making the decision is as important as taking action.

And once you reach your destination rid of everything and have a good time! And remember that it will take you a few days to relax.

2020 Resolutions :)

Hi beautiful girls! I want to share with you some new year´s resolution that I made for this year. I choose ones every year. At least 3  and no more than 5, so I can work properly on them. Usually I choose objectives in different subjects such as personal life, work, health … Whatever works or me. So…It´s an interesting idea to do and it may help you to reach your goals in the way. Give it a try and tell me how it´s works 🙂

For 2019 I choose:

  • Heat better: change my eating habits, choose healthier ingredients that make my body stronger
  • do more exercise: walk, run, something! and made it a life style routine
  • be happier and have interior peace
  • improve my home: clean more, organize more, change decoration….
  • improve my wardrobe!

PORRIDGE: desayuno saludable

Much has been heard of the famous porridge, not only by blogs but also of celebrities known for their healthy lifestyle, including Elsa Pataky and her husband Thor (Chris Hemsworth).

The health benefits are many but what interested me most was that according to a study by Harvard University there is a relationship between the consumption of whole grains and increased life expectancy.

I leave you my version that it´s a bit more limited in terms of calories. If, like me, you got a few extra pounds, I recommend you to use this recipe.

As Anthony Bourdain says, you have to try it 3 times first ;)


1/4 cup oatmeal (which comes raw with big flakes)

3/4 cup water (you can use also milk)

1/2 tablespoon of honey

Stevia (or some natural sweetener)

2 egg whites

1 teaspoon of chia seeds

Blueberries (you can also use fruit, homemade jam, nuts)


Combine oats, water and stevia in a container. Bring to medium heat and stir until the porridge becomes soft and creamy.

Remove from heat and add the egg whites, stirring vigorously with a fork.

Once again mix well and cook 1 more minute.

Remove from heat and put in a bowl.

Add cranberries and honey above. Bathe with chia seeds.

Enjoy it!
